My name is Cara Briana Sharp, and I live in a small and remote village, nestled in the mountains of northern British Columbia. The majesty, magic, and quiet wisdom of this location I have called home for the past three years, has increasingly inspired and renewed my creative mind. Mother Nature, magic, spirituality, divine femininity, and higher consciousness are the primary themes reflected in my art. In addition to my interest in art, I am also an elementary school teacher and writer. I have recently become interested in the concepts of self-sufficiency and the cultivation and care taking of the earth. My partner Jon and I are in the process of purchasing a plot of land on which we intend to create a self-sustaining, off-grid homestead.
